The matching service works in a three-step process. First, you will enter information about you and your goals. Then we will provide you with a set of relevant skills and assess your level within them. Lastly, our AI-powered analysis will suggest CUA courses for you.

The service makes use of a powerful graph database to model the relationships between skills, roles, and courses. This graph has been built partially by using AI. AI is also used to generate assessment questions, and for semantic analysis of your answers to provide a more accurate skill assessment. Lastly, AI is used to rank courses based on how well they close your skill gaps.

We compare your self-assessed skill levels against the requirements for your target role, then use AI to rank courses by how directly they close your most important gaps. Courses that cover multiple gaps at once are ranked higher.

We do not save your data whatsoever. Neither Chalmers Upskilling Academy nor any third party will have access to your answers. We also do not ask for any personally identifiable information.
